Terry steals the Batsuit to pursue his father's killer, a professional bodyguard named Mr. Fixx (George Takei), whose employer, Derek Powers (Sherman Howard), the current CEO of Wayne-Powers, is secretly using the company's resources to develop a biological weapon.
